Benefits of Pilates
Pilates is a great mind & body workout, concentrating on the Core Muscles. It can help improve Posture, Balance, Pelvic Floor Muscle function, Back Pain to name but a few benefits. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people in each class so we can ensure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly, or indeed if needed, we can alter certain exercises for individuals. We currently run beginner, intermediate & 60+classes which are open to both men & women. Booking is essential for all courses. More specialised classes such as ante & post natal, one to one, or specific Pilates for horse riders can be arranged.
